* Travel Fee: Event location beyond a 50 mile radius will accrue a mileage fee.

  • 10x10 feet of reserved space

  • Access to a Power Outlet within 50 feet of setup area (10amps 3 prong outlet)

  • Access to site location 1-2 hour prior to start time
